Combat Fitness is a cardio class inspired by martial arts. Punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music with sound effects to make you feel like you’re in a Kung Fu film!
BollyX (Bollywood Dance Fitness)
A fun Bollywood Inspired Dance Workout with high and low intensity options, interval style training including upper and lower body tracks.
Body Conditioning
Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to fun, energetic music to work out your whole body. It uses a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.

A bodyweight class design to work your glutes, quads and hamstrings to improve strength and get those booty gains as well as blasting your core.

Wobble / Otago - Balance and strength exercise class - Sit (and stand) to get fit and strong.
if you are worried a little about your balance or feeling that you really should get a bit stronger so that you can walk to the shops without feeling tired, or just want more confidence and to meet people again - physically distanced, but socially connected, then please come to this class.
You must book, due to limits on numbers.
Paracise with Fiona Bovey Tracey
Paracise is an exercise class that is gentle on the joints and effective, helping you improve your balance, flexibility and posture, all from standing, no going on to the floor. It has been described as Medication in Motion. It's fun, you'll love the descriptions: we swim, play basket ball and jump in puddles, all in one place! Great music too.
Outdoor Circuits Forde House Newton Abbot
Outdoor circuits class. A fun relaxed, no floor (grass) work, all standing or using a tree to support ourselves. Gentle on the joints but effective exercise to improve balance, strength and burn some unwanted calories. Perfect before or after a weigh-in.
Its a great way to get fresh air and meet some lovely people in a physically distanced but socially connected way. Naturally Healthy.
