Circuits on Zoom: a good warmup so the class is suitable for Cardiac Reahab and those with other health issues. We then begin our 45 second intervals. Balance - We call it Wobble - strength and balance with a difference. on Zoom

Strength and balance is what we do. I call it Wobble prevention, or Otago. Wobble is a fun way to work on strength, balance, confidence, posture, flexibility and the best way to make you feel wonderful if you are worried about falling, or have recently fallen. It starts sitting in the chair, then we stand for a few tracks, hold on though. We finish sitting.
