Strength and balance is what we do. I call it Wobble prevention, or Otago. Wobble is a fun way to work on strength, balance, confidence, posture, flexibility and the best way to make you feel wonderful if you are worried about falling, or have recently fallen. It starts sitting in the chair, then we stand for a few tracks, hold on though. We finish sitting.

Teaching on Zoom during Lockdown, we will be back outdoors soon.
Even over Zoom, you can be outdoors just set yourself up somewhere safe.
Connecting with nature, hearing the birds, the wind in the trees, the rain/stars/clouds is all essential to our wellbeing. No matter what kind of stressful day they have had, everyone has a smile on their faces and feel relaxed and ready to sleep.
A mixed group, suitable for all abilities, exercises adapted for dodgy knees, painful shoulders. The only two rules? 1. sensible shoes. 2. NO EXERCISES ON THE GROUND.

Circuits on Zoom: a good warmup so the class is suitable for Cardiac Reahab and those with other health issues. We then begin our 45 second intervals. Its fun, functional, no floor work, and suitable if you are not interested in burpees and pressups. But you will get the same benefits without hurting your body.
