The FABS Training Programme brings together the four key components for healthy ageing

The unique FABS training programme has helped many to improve their mobility, strength, confidence and independence in later years.

WHAT IS FABS?
The FABS training programme was developed with the much-respected Centre for Musculoskeletal Ageing Research at the University of Birmingham, so you can be assured that our training and delivery is of the highest standard.
FABS is dedicated to improving the quality of life of older people in the UK.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear something loose and comfortable that gives you freedom of movement - specialist footware is not required, but wear something that will support your feet. Trainers or pumps/shoes that lace on are ideal.

Please wear flat shoes and bring a water bottle. There will be a health questionnaire to fill in at the first session. This information will allow Anne to tailor the exercises.
