This fun dance fitness class has a focus on cardiovascular exercise. There is easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you moving in an effort to raise your heart rate. I use popular music (song requests are welcome!) that will make you smile, shimmy and sweat and include lots of different dance styles, such as salsa, merengue, reggaeton, belly dancing, swing, jive, street dance and much more!
