For those who have taken part in Pilates before or if you have a good understanding of the principles of pilates. I can take beginners but would need to meet you on a 1-2-1 basis for initial instruction. Fitness Pilates uses all of the main pilates mat work exercises but because of my background in fitness training, sport performance and sport education I adapt some exercises for clients to gain maximum benefit.
