Strengthen muscles and enjoy walking further for longer

Don't like the gym? Nordic walking gives you a full body workout in nature's gym!

It's sociable to walking a small group, enjoy being outdoors - once you have learnt the technique

Great for those returning to exercise and those wanting to maintain their cross country skiing fitness.

What to Bring / Equipment

water bottle, waterproofs, trainers/walking shoes, wear layers, tissues and hand sanitiser

Other times are available during week days, please contact me to make a booking. All courses follow Government guidance. Please seek advice about buying Nordic Walking poles.
