Mindful Movement Classes

Regain fitness and social connection whilst being in nature. Exercise classes haven't been possible for a year, so these classes will be an opportunity to meet others again and get your fitness back on track. Exercising in nature offers so much more than the standard workout. Being in natural light helps to reset our body clocks which improves sleep quality. Being in nature also helps to increase vitamin D levels, improve mood and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

All levels are welcome as long as you are able to walk and be on your feet for an hour. The terrain will be fairly flat but mostly off-road so good footwear will be needed, and possibly a raincoat!

What to Bring / Equipment

Water bottle, rain coat

Suitable shoes for outdoors, a raincoat, hat or sunscreen if necessary.
