Penstave Wild Food and Nature Connection

A Naturally Healthy May event funded by 'Active Devon' for the over 55s. If you would like to increase the amount of exercise you get, plus learn about and 'be' in nature, then come on this guided walk. We will be looking at wild food plants – leaves and flowers mainly – en route and there will be opportunities to use your senses to be really present with nature around us. The walk includes slopes up and down, plus stiles.

We will have a short time for yoga breathing exercises and quiet still moment/s, to help us feel calm, grounded, alive and connected.

We will sample some 'wild tea' from the leaves we harvest. Bring own cup, hot water provided.

What to Bring / Equipment

Own cup, suitable walking shoes/boots, notebook, camera, waterproof jacket & warm layers

Ability to walk 1-2 miles and go over stiles
