Join in to a Pilates class from the comfort of your own home. All you need is some space, a phone, tablet or laptop. The classes are suitable for anyone. Options are given to cater for all ages and abilities. You'll get full technical support to set up on ZOOM, with a full explanation of how to join in. You can even have a one to one practice if required.

Pilates - Pilates is a combination of exercises, including strength, mobility and stretching, that flow together in time with your breath to help you move more freely, improve your posture and the function of your body and mind. Virtually anyone can do it! You'll finish each class feeling taller, stronger, stretched and refreshed!
