Earthing is the practice of connecting to the Earth, either by walking barefoot, lying upon the Earth, swimming in oceans or rivers, placing your hand on the Earth allows the body to entrain with Earth’s frequency and ultimately heal itself and restore optimal function.
Join us for a Nordic walk through the park, using your Nordic walking technique to enhance your natural walking style. Great views, hills to climb, moving more in natures gym. Small group walks in our local green spaces.

Outdoor circuits class. A fun relaxed, no floor (grass) work, all standing or using a tree to support ourselves. Gentle on the joints but effective exercise to improve balance, strength and burn some unwanted calories. Perfect before or after a weigh-in.
Its a great way to get fresh air and meet some lovely people in a physically distanced but socially connected way. Naturally Healthy.

INWA’s original 10 Step Method, a tried and tested way of ensuring Nordic Walkers adopt the best posture and technique to get the most out of Nordic Walking as they progress through the Method. Developed by sports scientists and biomechanics experts, in conjunction with the development of ergonomically designed poles, this method of teaching Nordic Walking is recognised internationally.
Online Zoom session in two parts with photographer Vanessa Miles exploring composition and light in examples of nature photography. Participants are set a task to do before the second session which involves a walk and some activity.
You will then need to know how to upload some of your images via wetransfer to Vanessa in time for the next session.
Fun, informal and non competitive group, limited to 10 places.

A lovely Ripple Nordic walk in Ludwell Valley Park enjoying being outside, walking using our poles to enhance our walking experience. There are hills on this walk. Small group walk, enjoying each others company while walking. On this walk we enjoy moving a little faster than a Meander walk.

These sessions are designed to introduce you to the beauty and variety of the South West Coast Path and help you plan future trips to the Coast Path.
