About Exe Nordic Walking
Sue is an INWA qualified Nordic Walking Instructor,
Learn the INWA 10 step technique method.
Join group walks in Natures' Outdoor Gym,
Enjoy walking and chatting,
Wellbeing, Meander, Ripple or Rapid walks available.
Nordic Walking uses specially designed poles to enhance your natural walking experience.
With a technique that is similar to the upper body action of classic cross country skiing, Nordic Walking becomes a genuinely whole-body exercise that can be enjoyed at many levels, at low, medium or high intensity. More than 10 million people globally enjoy this outdoor activity all year round.
- On a Rapid walk, we walk faster, further and climb more hills.
- On a Ripple walk, we walk at a medium pace and take hills slower.
- On a Meander walk, we go at your pace and stop more often.
- On a Sensory Walk, we take our time, sitting when needed, enjoying time in nature.
Sue will work with you at your level, encouraging more movement and enjoying all the health and mental health benefits that come with being more physically active in natures' gym.
Join our community of Nordic walkers, make friends, walk in a group, join us at the Quayside Parkrun some Saturdays, when running again.
